Sharon Boyce-Werdebaugh, MA, President / Sr. Consultant
Sharon possesses more than 15 years progressive Human Resources experience, including generalist and management-level responsibilities. Her background in large-scale, world-class engineering and manufacturing environments renders her highly skilled in benefits and compensation, performance evaluation and development and process improvement. She has successfully built and lead cross functional teams to achieve a company's strategic goals and initiatives. In addition, Sharon is a fully-trained Six Sigma representative and spent two years as the Six Sigma Agent at Bombardier Aerospace where she led projects and facilitated teams through improvements that produced over $4.2 million in savings. Sharon has a B.S. in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Fairmont State and an M.A. in Corporate/Organizational Communications from West Virginia University. She is a member of the National and Local Society of Human Resource Management and currently serves as the Curriculum Coordinator for Leadership Harrison. Most recently she was named as 1 of 10 persons recognized through the state of West Virginia as a 2012 "Young Gun" by the West Virginia Executive magazine. Sharon has been running WesMar HR Consulting since she opened in 2005.

Diane Rogers, MSIR, PHR

Organized, conscientious and detail oriented professional with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Industrial Labor Relations and Human Resource Management reflecting an innate concern for human welfare. Leonard W. "Lenny" Hannigan II
Lenny Hannigan has more than thirty years' management and leadership experience. This is his twelfth year facilitating leadership seminars, primarily for the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce, and also, in the last three years, for West Virginia University Extension Office's Community Development Institute (CDI-East). Most recently, he spent 18 years as General Manager for Time Warner Cable in Clarksburg, WV. Lenny's other management experience came from ten years in the banking industry, working with various types of businesses and from being an independent contractor and musician.
Lenny is an occasional guest lecturer for West Virginia Business College and has taught classes at Fairmont State University and at Salem Teikyo University. He began serving as a graduate assistant for the Dale Carnegie Course© in 1993, and last participated as a coaching assistant in 2009. Lenny's passion for helping others learn or improve leadership skills and techniques stems from studying Organizational Leadership Development at Wheeling Jesuit University, and from more than fifteen years of continual development related to leadership.

Wendy K. Smith, MSIR, PHR
A dedicated human resource professional who lists consistency, creative problem solving, and an unyielding pursuit of exemplary service as her most important qualities. Wendy is a former intern of WesMar and has returned to assist WesMar on an as-needed basis.
Wendy earned a Bachelors degree in Business Management and a Masters in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from West Virginia University. Wendy offers experience in multiple government contracting environments and the medical field. Her well- rounded human resource generalist background is coupled with extensive experience in the full recruiting life cycle, benefit plan management, wellness programs, HRIS management, employee orientation and on-boarding, employee morale and employee handbooks. Wendy is also currently the Director of HR at a non-profit hospice organization.
